1. What constitutes a successful friend referral?
A successful referral is defined as a purchase made on www.verdure.com by a person who makes his/her first purchase on the website by clicking on the Referral Program link sent by his/her friend.
2. Who can be a Referred Friend?
The Referred Friend has to be a new customer to VERDURE with no previous purchases in order for the referral to be successful. Therefore, there is only one successful referral for each referred friend. The Referred Friend and the Referrer cannot be the same person.
3. What is the Referral Program Reward?
By clicking on the Referral Link, the Referred Friend gets to enjoy S$5 off his/her first purchase for a one-time transaction only. The Referrer is awarded with 500 rewards points (S$5 credit) 3 days after a successful friend referral. If the referral is considered suspicious, a longer review period will be applied.
4. Is there a maximum number of referrals I can redeem?
There is no maximum number of referrals per Referrer. However, VERDURE has the right to reject a successful referral in case of fraud suspicion.

Termination and Changes
VERDURE reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a person’s participation in the program at any time for any reason. VERDURE reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time by notice published on www.verdure.com.
Update to Terms and Conditions
VERDURE reserves the right to change any content or material of the Referral Program at any point in time. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Referral Program, or any portion of the Referral Program, is unavailable at any time or period. Should there be any changes in the Referral Program, updates will be made on this page. Please check back frequently for any updates to the Referral Program.
